I’m a serial contributor to Total Noise, but what is the alternative? Total Silence? I don’t think we should ever limit ourselves from being heard or acknowledged. If we shrink, then only a few get to be admired. I think that’s creative tyranny.
The "Time Capsule" is a bit of a rhetorical device for me to imagine an audience twenty years from now. But I have been thinking about what a creative/writing practice would look like if I intended it to be consumed in 2100.

I remember that eating an avocado was a big deal (at least for our family) in the 80s and 90s. In fact, I remember thinking to myself, "If I ever become rich, I'll eat avocados every day." I guess I'm rich. 🤑🤷♂️
